not getting e-mail, texts or push notifications, EVL4 HW

Just installed my EVL4 to my Honeywell 20P and everything works but my notifications. I can arm, disarm, bypass zones etc. on both my pc and on the android app. But no notifications on the selected events for my contacts. I set up 4 contacts. 2 for me, 1 e-mail and 1 text. The same for my wife. I got validations for all 4, 2 e-mail and 2 text and validated all. In my app settings I have notifications activated. What am I doing wrong. Thanks, Jim

If you don't see any events in your event log that means you didn't program your panel to send any events. You have to complete each of the steps listed on page 9 of the Honeywell Programming guide otherwise you won't get all of your event notificaitons. Once complete, don't forget to do a complete system test to make sure all of your alerts are working correctly.
