Monitoring Certificate

I have been trying to get a monitoring certificate for EnvisAlarm to submit to my insurance company for a couple weeks. I've submitted two support tickets weeks apart (Ticket ID 26874 & 26977). Both times, I first received a support request email with the ticket number and then I received an email indicating a mail delivery failure:

support@eyezon.com

I have never received any follow up and still need a monitoring certificate.

Please email us the entire bounce message at support@eyezon.com

You get your certificate when you sign-up for Envisalarms but if you need an updated one, email envisalarms@eyezon.com
