Customers who use the popular Freedom Mobile service in Canada will need to do an extra step to enable alerts via SMS.
By default this service is disabled at Freedom and I've been told that if you call tech support most reps don't even know it exists. To enable email-to-SMS you must first unlock your mailbox by texting 4000 to any email address. Once you do this then hit the RESEND PIN button for your Eyezon contact and you will receive your PIN to enable the contact.
