I purchased the EnvisAlerts+ and Partition Upgrade service last year but now I see that is has expired. I know it is a 12 month offering but I would have expected some kind of notice rather than the sudden expiry. I am quite sure I did not receive any notice. Does Eyez-ON not provide such notice?
Billing will try to contact the email address on the account for a few months after expiry and will then remove the service if still no response. Make sure your email address on your account is valid and whitelist email from eyezon.com
