As for using cellular for backup: I achieved that by having an LTE modem and a router that does automatic fail-over to the LTE network if the wired Internet connection goes down. It's fast enough, failing-over and -back, that I never even get a Network Supervision Fault. Advantage to doing it that way is our other Internet-transported services (remote access to video surveillance system, VoIP lines, streaming) stay up as well.
