Invalid Codes

Hi There,

I am curious if anyone has had any problems with codes reading as "Invalid Codes" that have previously operated without problem and have had no changes made through the Eyezon back end. We've experienced this a couple of times with codes that were operating fine for months prior, unsure why this may be happening and if there's a fix beyond deleting and recreating the user name.
