Honeywell Keypad Frozen after EVL-4 Install

I installed an Envisalink 4 module a couple of days ago. Installation went well and everything is working well with the following exception.

I have two keypads. After the install one is "frozen" and will not function. It has power and displays the message "Keypad Addr. 17 190"
(Pic attached).

Any help appreciated.

Still need help with this please...

I tried "rebooting" the system by disconnecting the power and battery. After restarting the system, the keypad display is now blank,
but the keypad display lights are on. If I enter 1-3 simultaneously I get a display showing CON ADDR 17.
Note: The address on the keypad was not changed during install.

Any help appreciated.

Submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal. We will be able to assist you better if we have your account info. I suspect you accidentally removed the green wire for this keypad during installation.
