Just installed the EVL4 and generally it seems to be working fine but I get the error message "Duplicate IP address detected on the network". I thought they were dynamically set. How do I change the IP or find out where the duplicate is?
You should submit a tech support request but really the message means that no return packets are making it to the Envisalink. This is ALWAYS a routing issue with the router and most of the time it is a duplicate IP but it could be any routing issue.
