Telus has informed us that there are delivery issues with the Koodo Mobile E-SMS service. They are recommneding Koodo customers use the Telus gateway instead for alerts.
Change your Koodo contact from XXXXXXXXXX@msg.koodomobile.com to XXXXXXXXXX@msg.telus.com
You will have to get a new PIN number and re-verify once you make the change.
