Absolutely no problems here on our iPad (4th Gen), iPhone 5s, iPhone 6s, and an iPhone X all running iOS 11.2. All notifications coming in and no other issues with the iPhone’s as a whole.

Thank You. It seems like the issue was "low battery" mode that prevented some notifications from being delivered.

I 3rd the request for the app password field to be coded as a password field. After I login, the password stays displayed in the keyboard auto-correct section until I press somewhere on the screen to fully close the keyboard. TouchID + PIN to perform panel commands would be a nice 2FA option.

Also seemed my app push notifications suddenly stopped last week, an uninstall and reinstall of the app seemed to resolve the issue. Also, how are phones named in the Contacts section? I see iPhone9 and iPhone7 contacts listed, however my wife and I only have an iPhone6 and 7 (not an 8, 9 / X?).

The app is not listed in the IOS background refresh, so maybe thats how one could get a 'live' alarm status instead of doing a browser style refresh? (sorry not an IOS developer)

Unable to get into the app at all. Has been doing this intermittently over the last few weeks, but tonight it will go to a blank screen. Deleted and re-installed, can't get past login screen. Totally down here.

I also cannot access the app on 2 iOS devices as well as an Android device.
Just get a blank screen.

Any idea what is causing the problem?

Having the same issue on my Android device. Unable to login into https://www.eyez-on.com/EZMAIN/login.php. From the APP, it just sits there with the "ON" orange logo. Why no updates of the system being down? I'm getting opening/closing alerts via the App.

The Eyezon iOS app is working well on my iPhone 8 with iOS 12.1.

However on my iPad 3 with iOS 9.3.5 (the latest version of iOS it supports), when I search in the app store for Eyezon, no apps are found.

Which apple devices and versions of iOS are supported?

If my iPad 3 is not supported, I assume I can go back to using the "Mobile Portal Link" on that device while still using the iOS app on my iPhone 8.

The problem I have in my iPad is that the actual image of the app logo is not showing correctly, it just shows the image placeholder. Other than that it works fine.
