This is referring to the password you use to log into the local webserver on the Envisalink itself. Not the portal password.
From your Eyez-On Portal account, select the details page for your Envisalink. On the right-hand side of the status pane, you will see a link to "Manage Device". Select this and under the subsequent menu, you should see a link to "Reset Device Password". Clicking on this will send an encrypted command to your Envisalink to change its password back the the default, "user".
Please remember that there is a 6 character limit for the local password and there can be no spaces.
