My Mobile Phone Provider is not listed as an SMS provider

We use Email to SMS format for all our alerts, the list is only there to
make it easier for customers to select the correct format required by each
mobile phone provider.

If you contact your provider and find out what their format for email to
SMS is, you can enter it in as an email on the contact screen to test it.

Ex: Phone number@xxx.xxx.xxx

If it works, send us the Provider name and format and we will enter it in
the list.

South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand have no known carriers that have email-to-SMS gateways. Customers should use the EyezON Mobile App with "push" notifications instead of SMS.
