Temporary Envisalerts Issues

We're in the process of migrating to the next generation of backend Envisalerts server in order to better protect against an outage like the one on Friday. This requires us to take the server offline periodically for a couple of minutes which will cause some users to see the "Module is not communicating with our servers" message. This isn't really true, its just that we're in the middle of a reboot.

Other symptoms of this may be extended periods of commands being queued. We are addressing this as they appear and assure you that this is temporary until the new software is fully commissioned.

Thank-you for your patience during this transition.

UPDATE:

While generally we've seen no new issues with the no server arrangement we are watching it closely and will continue to over the next 48 hours.

If you experience a "Module not communicating..." message that lasts more than 30 seconds, you should submit a support request as such a thing wouldn't be related to the server cutover.

Our new servers have passed all our long-term stress tests so we're back up and running at full strength.

Any issues with your Envisalink should be forwarded to support as they would not be service related.
