To delete your module you log into your Eyezon account and go to Settings->Delete module. Once that is done you can go to Account Settings and on the upper right-hand side there is a link to Delete Account. Sorry to see you go. Just delete your module and then delete your account. You do this yourself.

You are aware that Eyezon can monitor your house for as little as $8.50 per month?

FTC (Fail to Communicate)
It means your Envisalink tried to send a signal to your central station and failed. It switched to the secondary station and was successful. That Partition 2 actually means secondary, it has nothing to do with partitions.

Envisalerts+ is per Envisalink. Typically this feature is only used by landlords where the cost is easily absored by the renters.

Yes that is called Partition Sharing and it is available with our Envisalerts+ plus offering. You can find out more about Envisalerts+ by clicking on that icon in your Eyezon details page.
