Submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal. You probably have PTT programmed and not a standard timer-test.

There is no functioning TPI for UNO mode. UNO is really meant for industrial and commercial applications, not residential.

Just to close this loop, this customer came into tech support and we explained in greater detail how the app, portal, and TPI work. They didn't realize the difference between reporting zone states to their HA system and what is seen on the Eyezon Mobile app. The app may have a delay of up to 30 seco...

Honeywell panels differ from other panels in that after an alarm, when you disarm the panel, the partition goes into a special state called Alarm in Memory. You will need to either contact support and ask for the transfer. Submit a tech support ticket from your Eyezon portal and one of the techs will do it for you.

Those are text (SMS) alerts, not PUSH notifcation alerts. You must also have an SMS contact on your account.
