Not for Eyezon. I think Connect2Go dealers have access to something now.

Re: What device password should I use for TCP connection?

It is the same password. Are you trying to do this interactively? If so it may not work. There are short timeouts in the login process as it is meant to be accessed by a machine. Also make sure you are useing a raw TCP socket, not something like TELNET.

Re: Did the ability to Arm Env4 by URL stop working...

@GrandWizard how do you arm it in stay mode without a code then? there must be a way to do it via the internal IP address....its no different to how i can arm it in stay via the app...it must be calling some API somewhere to do it? What these people are doing is kinda hacking the local web interfac...

Re: DSC PC 1864 new Envisalink 4

Hello GW, Thanks for your excellent advise overall on these forums. I appreciate it very much. I just saw this post this morning. I have set my IP as static and it has been so for some time. Is there a reason that you recommend NOT setting a static IP? Should I revert back to a MAC reservation on m...

Re: Where's all the documentation?

There are two different versions of the TPI protocol, one for DSC and one for Honeywell. You own a Honeywell panel so you need to follow the Honeywell (aka Ademco) version, not the DSC version. They are completely different. Read the document completely. You can't use Telnet as the TPI doesn't suppo...

Re: Where's all the documentation?

You can't Telnet to port 4025, it isn't a Telnet port. It is for the TPI. You can try and use a raw TCP socket but the TPI isn't meant to be an interactive protocol, it is for developers to develop M2M interaces for HA or other local apps. The TPI documentation for Honeywell is always posted ont the...

Re: Envisalink Sidekick cellular backup

Does the Sidekick only work with EnvisaLink 4? I have Envisalink 3. Will I have to upgrade to 4 to use it (when I can eventually get it)? Yes, the expansion bus on the EVL3 can't support the power requirements of the Sidekick. Existing customers can always buy restocked EVL4s for $60 + shipping. FYI

Re: Flashing KeyB light

If the KEYB LED is flashing that means you installed DSC firmware, not HONEYWELL firmware.

Delete the module from your EyezON account from the settings tab. Then re-activate the module but remember to select Envisalink 4 HONEYWELL, not DSC.
