Re: info network

Yes, select Network Supervision under settings in your Eyezon portal. You will receive an alert when the server detects that the module has been offline for 10 minutes.

Email Alerts Delayed

We are currently having issues with outbound email alerts which include SMS alerts. Push notifications are not affected. As of this time there is no ETA on when this will be fixed. UPDATE: 18:20 UTC This issue was with an upstream bulk mailer. Their engineers have moved our traffic to another cluste...

Re: Offline NTP time sync

What are you asking? The Envisalink doesn't use NTP and I think K-man explained that it isn't going to be added.

And I agree with Crikey, only about 0.2% of Envisalink owners do not use the cloud service so you are definitely in the minority in your opinion about using it "offline".

Re: Honeywell Vista 20P and Envisalink Problem

If you cannot arm/disarm you have a keypad addressing conflict. If the Envisalink is at 19 then some other device must be at 19 as well. For more help please submit a tech support request.

Re: Questions from a new houseowner

DSC panel installations are almost trivial, you just hook it up, no programming required. So to answer your questions: 1) No, just hook it up to the Keybus. 2) We always suggest you power-down the entire panel before making any hardware changes. This will not affect any of your panel programming. 3)...

Re: Honeywell Vista 20P and Time Changes?

Good news and bad news. 1) The bad news is that Honeywell (Ademco) panels haven't really changed in 25 years so there is no way to change the internal time on the panel, from an external interface. DSC panels allow this. 2) The good news is that it doesn't even matter as the Envisalink doesn't use t...

Re: Amazon Alexa Envisalink Skill Information

My understanding is that the Alexa Voice Code is for security systems that don't have user codes. Where on Earth you would find one, I'm not sure. Maybe if you took your time machine back to the 70's. The Eyezon skill requires you to use Existing Security System Pins for all panel types, DSC, SOLO, ...

Re: Amazon Alexa Envisalink Skill Information

I have tested Night Mode arming on a newer 1832 and an older 832 and it does not work for exactly the reason listed by Zonker. I cannot find a way to program the panel to Quick Arm in either mode. Until we can figure out the descrepancy I have added an entry to the skill-notes saying that Night Mode...

Yes, that is one of the most popular panels ever made.
